We reached home a while ago. Before I could start asking my mother's experience to Mecca, the first thing I wanted to do is to write a review about Al-Aswad Hajj & Umrah travels.

Since my mother was the only person travelling from our family, we were worried about her whereabouts for obvious reasons. However, the updates, service, the guidance, the hospitality, exploring other places, support, given by this travels are just not best, but THE BEST. My mother was so happy and comfortable with their service. MA SHAA ALLAH.,May this travel agency continue to expand their services. 7)Above all the speciality of this umra was the ziyarath places which I have not seen with other travels with whom I performed umra places like Thaif badr battle field Wuhad battle field museum Quran printing press all mosques which were either prayed or constructed by our
Prophet.The seven wells and streams of medina that existed during the lifetime of our prophet
8) visit to Wadejin and the camel drive
I specially thank Moulana for paying from his pocket for our breakfast during our stay in Hotel Hilton.

Asak! Recently, our family went for Umrah pilgrimage as an individual package. The service provided is good.
Special mention to  Abdullah Moulana from Al Aswad Umrah Service who always available round the clock for addressing any grievances before and during the pilgrimage.

I would suggest get acccomodated in a group package rather going individual as there would be some challenges in co-ordinating on the itenerary. Still Moulana managed well for our case. Continue the great service. Will recommend to my friends & relatives.

It is those last minute decisions that go only one of the 2 ways, either they give you infinite joy and satisfaction, or you are left to rue and ask yourself a million times, why did you do it, those million times become's a zillion times when you spend a lot of money.

Lucky me, that it was the former for me, what started as a last minute "let's try and see if I can get my Visa to perform Umrah", turned out to be the moment I will remember for the rest of my life, I am not reviewing my feelings and emotions that I went through when I looked at the Kaba'h for the first time or my entire time spent in the kingdom, that is between me and my creator, I am rather wanting the people who ever want to either perform Umrah for the first time, or have done so before, to Give Aswad Hajj and Umrah services a chance to serve them.

Everything about it, starting from the flights, the hotels in Mecca and Medina, the cars that took you around, the food, the logistics, the plannjng was simply the best, the last minute change requests were made to look like , anything was just a call or a text away.

May Allah swt bless people like Moulana Syed Abdullah and their entire team all across Mecca and Medina who go out of their way to make things easy for you, some might argue that it's their Job, but to do a job whole heartedly and with a smile is the difference between them and others.

Indeed, I feel happy to write here about Al Aswad travels.
We did niyyath to send our parents for the Umrah trip but we didnt know how to begin with. We contacted Moulana of Al Aswad. He was able to give us clear information as how to begin with the process. He guided us. Anytime we had doubt, we approaced him and he responded immediately without any hesitation. Finally we did all our payment,and our parents began with their journey. Every part of their travel was clearly updated to us, we felt so comfortable.
Alhamdhulillah. And they guided my parents in evey procedures of their umrah. They took them to visit so many places in Mecca and Madina. thanks to Janab Ibrahim fr being there for them.
The food was also good.
In shaa Allah,if you wish to go for Umrah definitely you could go for Al Aswad travels.

Great Experience with Al Aswad Haj & Umrah Travels

I recently used Al Aswad Haj & Umrah Travels for our family trip to Makkah and Madina to perform our Umrah, and I am pleased to share my positive experience.

Their arrangements were good, and the timely communication on the WhatsApp group was immensely helpful. It kept all family members informed with daily updates, ensuring everyone was stress-free and aware of the plans. They provided guides in both Makkah and Madina who were very knowledgeable about the places and could explain each and every historical event in great detail. The room stay was very near in Makkah and also not so far in Madina, which added to our convenience. They took us to local Ziyarah places such as Johrana, Taif, and other historical places, which helped both the kids and the adults understand the history and took us back around 15 centuries.

We felt that the 15-day trip was very short and made dua to Almighty Allah to make us visit His house again and again.

One area for improvement would be to offer direct flights and direct returns from Madina. This would have saved half a day that was otherwise spent in travel and transit. But given the recent restrictions on direct flights and the issues with luggage, we felt that we received the best possible service under the circumstances.

Overall, the experience was smooth and well-coordinated. I would recommend Al Aswad Haj & Umrah Travels to anyone looking for reliable travel planning.

I would like to start by thanking the almighty SWT for making my dream & my family dream come true and then thanking Al Aswad team for converting the dream into reality.
I must say Al Aswad team takes care of you so well that you don't have to worry on anything, you just have to concentrate on your ibadat (worship) thats it .How much ever I praise Al Aswad team it would not be sufficient, as they took extreme care of us starting from Airport departure from Chennai until Arrival back to Chennai.The journey was very seamless alhamdulillah.
The hotel in Mecca and Medina was just 5 mins walk to Haram which itself is a blessing alhamdulillah and it was made possible by Al Aswad team
I travelled with my spouse and 2.5 year old kid from Chennai and my brother in law family joined us from the US.
It was first time to both of our families with this spritual journey , to be honest we were worried, as we were not knowing the correct procedure on how to perform Umrah and other items/procedures related to it , but as the travel days got nearer Moulana Abdullah guided us theoretically with step by step process in the orientation program, he even taught us on how to wear Ehram and guided us thoroughly through the restrictions that gets imposed on us in the state of Ehram and how to withstand them, however we were still worried thinking how things would be when we perform Umrah in person but to my surprise all those doubts flew away the moment we met Moulana Raja Mohammed in Makkah, Mashallah he was the one who guided the whole group perform our first Umrah and alhamdulillah his instructions were so perfect which actually dint make us feel that we are performing Umrah for the first time , may allah bless him.

Special thanks to Moulana Abdullah even though he was not physically present with us but he kept track of all our activities and made sure everything is available on time for all the Hajis, be it food , room , transport, Ziyarath.
Ibrahim Bhai was literally our father and mother for 15 days , he took utmost care of us with medical need, food, transport, accommodation and other necessary items.
Moulana Essa alhamdulillah very knowledgeable took care of all Ziyarat related space in Makkah and Madina.
Moulana Nisar took care of us in Madina with Ziyarath , giving right instruction on how to say Salam to our prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam in Rawda and gave instructions on how to get more time in Riyaz-ul-jannah and the best part is we got alhamdulillah 2 opportunity to visit Riyazul jannah one is by the Nusuk app which we have to book by ourselves in which Moulana Essa and Ibrahim Bhai guided us to get the slot and the other was my Al Aswad group permit (Yet again I would like to thank Al Aswad team for giving us the opportunity to visit riyazul jannah again).
It was indeed a great experience and the group members along with whom we travelled where all strangers while departing from Chennai but the 15 days time converted those strangers into relations , when we landed back we all were related , some became friends , some became Dada and Dadi for my Son , some became brother and sisters , some became Mama and Mami and so on. It was a beautiful experience
I highly recommend Al Aswad travels for all your pilgrim needs and to have a worry free spritual journey.
